Regulations:
The Annual Pass is non-transferable and must only be used by the person named on the pass. Photo identification must be presented with your Annual Pass to receive any benefits and/or admission to the Gatlinburg Space Needle. Arcadia Tokens are received only once per pass. The Pass Holder must present the pass prior to boarding an elevator. The Annual Pass does not apply to special events such July 4th and New Year’s Eve. The Gatlinburg Space Needle may close in part or entirely without notice for special events, private parties or facility upgrades. No refunds or credits will be issued as a result of closures. The Gatlinburg Space Needle reserves the right to revoke the Annual Pass for misuse. Children 4 and younger are free accompanied by adult pass holder. There will be a $10 charge to replace any lost cards.
